1. These terms

By placing an order with Omnicart Solutions you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if a product is out of stock, a pricing error is obvious, or we suspect fraud — in which case any authorisation is released in full.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in USD and exclude tax unless stated. Tax and shipping are calculated at checkout before payment. We correct pricing errors as soon as we find them and will contact you before charging a different amount.

4. Payment

We authorise your payment method when the order is placed and capture funds on dispatch. Card details are handled by our payment processor; we never store them.

5. Delivery

Delivery estimates are business days and are not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See the shipping page for costs and timings.

6. Returns

You may return items within 30 days of delivery in resalable condition. Full details are on the returns page. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Warranty

Products carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or normal wear.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you think it has been compromised.

9. Acceptable use

Do not use the store to break the law, scrape it at a rate that degrades service, or attempt to gain unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts that do.

10. Content

Product names, images, descriptions and the site design are owned by Omnicart Solutions or its suppliers. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

11. Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order.
