Order cut-off and dispatch

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are dispatched the same day. Anything after that, or at the weekend, goes out on the next business day. Larger items such as televisions and monitors take one to two business days to leave the warehouse.

Where we ship

We currently ship across the United States and Canada. Delivery estimates shown at checkout are business days and exclude public holidays. International destinations are being added — subscribe to the newsletter and we will announce them.

Tracking

Every order gets a tracking number by email as soon as it leaves the warehouse. You can also check progress on the Track Order page using your order number and email address.

Delivery problems

• Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours and around the property first, then contact us within 48 hours and we will open a carrier claim.
• Damaged in transit: send a photo within 48 hours and we ship a replacement immediately — no need to return the damaged item first.
• Wrong address: contact us while the order is still in Processing and we can change it. Once it ships, the carrier decides whether a redirect is possible.
